System Requirements

The BeHome 24/7 solution’s base configuration, the Residential Starter Kit consists of the Base Station, a wireless camera that works both indoors and outdoors, PLCs to send signals across power outlets, mounting equipment and documentation.

With the camera installed, users need not be at home to know when the kids get home from school, a package is dropped at the front door, or someone enters the home.

Motion detection capabilities allow users to program the camera to automatically capture still images or record video when activity is detected, and alerts to be sent to multiple devices.

*Monthly Service Required

The BeHome 24/7 system requires the Secure Server Access Account.
Don't forget to add it to your cart, under additional modules on the left!

I bought this system to replace the disappointing one that that I bought last Christmas. Wow, this one works. I can see extremely well not only
livebut when I am using my iphone as well. Before with the other system I would just see a mess of pixals, making viewing totally useless. No more
problem. Do they make a camera like this in the wide angle? Also more written instructions would have been appreciated but the video were suffice I
guess. The IP cameras were a little difficult to mount under the eaves. Would have gave it a 5 if it weren’t for that.

I can’t believe how simple this was to set up. After watching the video’s it took me about 10 minutes to set it up. It does take a little longer
for the Gateway to discover the devices. Mine took almost 3 minutes to find my cameras and in the video it only took about 10 seconds. If it is
going to take that long it should have said that in the video. Thought I was doing some wrong but the customer support lady walked me right thru it.
This really is a great product for checking in on the house when you’re out of town. My cat loves the light on the front and stays in front of the
camera all the time.

Is there a model with sound coming out soon? That is my biggest grip. However system works great. I can’t wait till we get 3G my phone should go a
little smoother. Once in a while it is a little blip, but I think that is the sorry AT&T network we have. Can’t believe I am still waiting on 3G.

What is the deal with the 3 foot power cables. I had to go buy another power cable at Radio Shack so I could run my camera behind the couch. A
longer power cable would have been a lot better. Everything works ok but I am still steaming about the camera power cable.
