We were building connected properties before proptech had a name.
Unlike many technology companies that entered property management from the outside, BeHome247 was founded by operators who understood the problems firsthand.
We pioneered some of the earliest commercial applications of connected property technology, from smart locks and thermostats to leak detection and remote device control.
Today, that experience shapes how we build: technology designed around the operation, not technology operators have to build their operation around.
